Mo Muong is a folk literature genre that reflects binary logical thinking along with philosophical and human concepts about the typical universe of the Muong people in ancient times. In the ancient concept of Muong people, besides Muong People, there also exists Muong Ma and Muong Troi. For that reason, it will not be surprising to find in Mo Muong the archetypal system of Gods and Demons with full original and ancient properties. They are vividly recreated through the journey down to Muong Ma and up to Muong Troi. This study, from the perspective of archetypal theory and socio-historical method, focuses on analyzing motifs and situations related to the archetypal system of Gods and Demons. At the same time, through exploring the conflicts between typical characters of the archetype, the way the ancient Muong people think about the world and their indigenous beliefs are vividly recreated through Mo Muong.

Acquiring knowledge about the natural world is one of three distinct proficiencies crucial for students in the Biology curriculum under the 2018 general education framework. Evaluating instructional efficacy overall and the capacity to comprehend the natural world, specifically within Biology education, especially for high school students, remains challenging. This research has introduced a system of scales featuring four levels for five manifestations of the living world understanding competency, alongside four levels for each specific indicator within every indicator of this competency. The study outcomes serve not only to guide biology teachers in appraising their aptitude to grasp the living world but also offer a valuable reference for evaluating other competencies, aligning with the 2018 General Education Program stipulations.

In Vietnam, payments for environmental services are one of the most effective schemes used to incentivise stakeholders who directly participate in actions that create forest carbon sequestration and storage. Therefore, there have been many efforts made to design an effective legal framework for this scheme. Through analysing current Vietnam regulations on payments for forest carbon sequestration and storage service, the authors find that there are still drawbacks to those regulations. For that reason, the authors make some recommendations based on the state-of-art literature about pay payments for environmental services to pave a way for better regulations to be enacted.

The study of text readability techniques play an important role in finding the solutions to meet the language teaching demand, including Vietnamese. The paper’s result investigated and analysed some factors having influence on readability in teaching Vietnamese writing skill with 3 main levels of words, sentences and texts. In addition, the combination of text readability techniques and 30 writing test forms, which are collected and classified by author may help this paper creates 900 exercises with 4.500 questions. Its value has effectively serve for teaching Vietnamese writing skill in particular and writing textbooks, tests to assess Vietnamese language ability for foreigners in general.

Từ ngữ là một trong số các thành tố cơ bản cấu thành diễn ngôn. Giá trị biểu cảm của từ ngữ biểu thị thái độ đánh giá của người tạo lập diễn ngôn đối với đối tượng được nói đến, được xem là nền tảng quan trọng biểu thị và xây dựng mối quan hệ liên nhân trong diễn ngôn. Là một phương tiện truyền thông đại chúng, các diễn ngôn báo chí về nữ giới phản ánh quan điểm, tư tưởng của xã hội về phụ nữ và các khía cạnh liên quan như nữ quyền, bình đẳng giới. Dựa trên lý thuyết và phương pháp nghiên cứu của Phân tích diễn ngôn phê phán, bài báo này phân tích các yếu tố từ vựng mang giá trị biểu cảm trong diễn ngôn báo chí viết về nữ giới nhằm truyền tải thông điệp của chủ thể tạo lập diễn ngôn đối với các vấn đề đáng quan tâm hiện nay, trên nguồn ngữ liệu báo Phụ nữ Việt Nam năm 2021. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra bốn nhóm từ ngữ mang giá trị biểu cảm và những sắc thái đánh giá của chúng, qua đó cho thấy thái độ, tư tưởng của nhà báo đối với đối tượng đưa tin là phụ nữ. Bài báo cũng chỉ ra hiệu quả của việc sử dụng yếu tố biểu cảm của từ ngữ trong diễn ngôn và những đề xuất cần thiết đối với người viết báo và người dạy - học ngôn ngữ.

In order to prepare for quality accreditation of educational institutions or training programs, universities must carry out a self-assessment process that includes collecting evidence to prove the statements made in the self-assessment report (SAR). Finding, arranging and copying thousands of pages of documents takes up a lot of time, effort, and expense and becomes a burden for individuals assigned to participate in self-assessment in particular and the entire institution in general. For the external assessment team, reviewing over a large amount of papered-evidence takes up most of the time during the official survey (usually lasting about 3-5 days) at the educational institution. However, when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, most official survey and external assessment activities were delayed for a long time. Realizing this, the University of Law, Hue University developed software to support educational quality accreditation and employ it into use for assessing the quality of educational institutions in cycle 2. The software not only helps manage information about assessment, helps reduce the amount of paperwork, supports storing evidence and digitizing documents to serve the needs of quality accreditation in the future but also allows members of the external assessment delegation to review and study evidence while reading the content of the SAR and send comments and assessments online anytime, anywhere, not just waiting for the official survey at the educational institution as before.

Previous studies have shown that residents’ support is a pivotal factor in promoting sustainable tourism development. Not only do individuals directly experience the adverse effects of tourism development, but their attitudes also significantly influence tourists' experiences and satisfaction. However, the review of literature on this topic remains limited. This study employs a bibliometric analysis method, reviewing 245 articles from 15 Scopus Q1 journals, to offer an updated and systematic overview of existing research in the field. The aim is to propose new theoretical trends and research methodologies. The study's results contribute to evaluating the complexity and maturity of this research field, facilitating further research and development in the future. Additionally, several recommendations are put forward.

This research investigates the current situation and factors affecting the intention of creative entrepreneurship among young people in Thua Thien Hue province. The qualitative method was used to build the research model and the quantitative method was used to measure the impact of factors on the entrepreneurial intention of young people in Thua Thien Hue province. The research data was collected from the survey results of 274 young people from 9 districts, towns and cities in Thua Thien Hue province. The research results show that there are 3 factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of young people in decreasing order, including: entrepreneurial training programs, attitude towards entrepreneurship, knowledge and experience. entrepreneurial experience. The research results also show that subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, perceived luck and demographic characteristics do not affect the entrepreneurial intention of young people.

The quality and capacity of the teaching staff hold a crucial position and role, especially important in determining the quality of university education. Developing the quantity and quality of the teaching staff must also be associated with creating excitement, passion, and peace of mind for the profession, aiming to retain core, quality lecturers. This article explores the current state of work engagement among Hue University lecturers. Research data were collected from survey results of 539 lecturers of 8 member universities of Hue University and processed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software. Research results show that, in general, Hue University lecturers are engaged in their work. However, there are still many lecturers who are not enthusiastic, devoted, and passionate about their work. To improve the cohesion in the work of lecturers, Hue University needs to research and analyze the work of lecturers, establish job descriptions and job standards; give more autonomy in work to lecturers, Research and propose a reasonable salary mechanism to ensure good income for lecturers; Build a close and meaningful working environment to help lecturers become more engaged with their work.
